Well the time has come for PGW to announce an initial line-up for its FREE show August 30th, in Branford Connecticut. To show our appreciation for the wonderful turnout in Bridgeport 6/21 we will be hosting several high profile PGW match ups. Don't be shy 8/30! Come down to BRANSTOCK! It is located right on the Town Green in Branford, CT. So without any further ado here is what PGW tentatively has line up for THE CURSE OF ZOMBIE. PGW TITLE "Purty" Kurt Adonis w/ Dick Seamans v. Well, it wouldn't be a complete update unless I had some interesting promotional information. PGW is mentioned in this months (September 2008) issue of Pro Wrestling Illustrated. Not only is PGW, as a promotion, included in this years Guide to the Independents, but PWI also showcases a big picture of Brian Anthony, captioning him as our "North East" Champion. We just have to thank you again for all your support. Without our loyal fans this feat would have been impossible. So from Connecticut to California whoever picks up this months issue of PWI will be exposed to Connecticut's own Power and Glory Wrestling.
That's right! This Tuesday 7/22 and Friday 7/25 will be PGW's
first exposure on FM It wouldn't be a PGW appearance without the fans right? Well, come on down... Friday, July 25th 2008 - LIVE at the West Haven Beach - Really Big Productions will be taping not only WPLR "Buried at the Beach" but also a LIVE Wedding Ceremony. We encourage anyone from the area to come down and enjoy this lovely event. Don't forget your Tux! You are invited to the wedding! We will have more information in the coming days. What a great day we had at the Bethany Carnival. Here is a quick rundown of what took place. Brian Anthony and Bethany Native Ant Battle entered the ring and belittled Bethany. The North American Champion called out Anthony Battles opponent... Ant Battle quickly over Mikey Chase Lukas Sharp and Eddy Latham w/ Dick Seamans over Mr. Williams and Billy King Jose Perez over Andy Sweet Bryce Andrews and Paul Lombardi over BMT and Jason Snyper w/ Ariel Dan Barry over Kristian Frost Ron Zombie and Chris Battle over Kurt Adonis and Brian Anthony w. Dick Seamans and Ant Battle After the main event Rob Zombie and Chris Battle dragged Richard Seamans to the DUNK TANK and watched Bethany Natives soaked PGW walking cherry tomato.
Everyone at Power and Glory Wrestling is proud to announce we have officially signed a deal with My Network TV. PGW is scheduled to make it's television debut April 5th, 2008 at 9am. We would like to thank all the fans who have helped make this HUGE step toward success possible. As for content, it looks like the first television show will feature the PGW Title 4-way Elimination Match from Big Trouble, in Little Fairfield. We will have more information on the TV show in the coming weeks.

final pin fall in the 4 way dance for the PGW Title. Those in attendance saw "Pinnacle" Paul Lombardi clearly disable Tookie Tucker after Tookie scored a pin fall on the Pinnacle. The condition of Tookie Tucker's knee and ankle is still unknown. After the show he was spotted being helped to his truck. We will give you more news on the injured Tookie Tucker as we receive it.
